Warranty
All InNovaSound USB Ultrasound Systems are covered with a one (1) year warranty, within the USA. If the InNovaSound USB Ultrasound probe needs service, it is replaced via Next Business service via UPS or FedEx. This immediate replacement (when necessary) insures continuous availability of Ultrasound in your practice. Post warranty service agreements are available, covering hardware and software.
Product Service
All products sold by DMS are serviced by our technical support staff. If during the call it is determed that the probe is defective, DMS will ship a repalcement with 24 hours.
